Ben’s trip had to wait and get permission to film and paint these over Covid Freeze from the DGM, military generals, governors, mayors and chiefs in each location, painting for minister of culture in main park of mbandaka, mayors in Lisala and Bumba and Kinsangani at general hospitals, orphanages and central locations and for the chiefs
