Welcome to our super exclusive jungle train adventure starting from Pointe-Noire in Congo-Brazzaville, giving you magnificent views of the Mayombe Forest at a comfortable pace.
The Mayombe Forest is a low mountain range with deep forests and many rivers and starts around the mouth of the Congo River in the Democratic Republic of Congo and it goes all the way to the Kouilou-Niari River in the Republic of Congo. It also stretches to Gabon and Angola. Next to dense rainforest there s also some savannah and we can find many animals such as gorillas, chimpanzees, anteleopes, buffaloes and elephants, next to a wide variety of birds.
The region is still very unexplored by tourists and only visited by a handful of expats from Congo and Cabinda, mostly active in the oil industry who mostly visit the wild beaches bordering the Mayombe Forest.
We will meet at the central station of Pointe-Noire in the morning, do our registration and will then commence our tour with several stops. We will head to Les Sara in the middle of the forest, have lunch and visit the river before finally going back to Pointe-Noire.

“It was a great day out!. The mausoleum was very interesting as was the river and the bonobos. We had a big rain the night before so a bridge washed out near the bonobos, but the guides managed to get me there still via foot and motorbike for the last segment.
